Admission Fees & Booking Form 2008

2008 bookings open on 1 June. Admission fees and other tariffs are shown in the table below. Although you are welcome to pay on the door, we encourage you to book in advance, as it saves long queues at the reception desk. There is a discount for booking in advance; please note that some items (e.g. the conference dinner) must be booked in advance to guarantee you a place. For 2008, advance bookings by post must arrive two weeks before the conference, by Saturday 13 September. On-line bookings close one week before the conference, at 11pm on Saturday 20 September. These deadlines allow us time to process the bookings before the event. There are three methods of booking, ...

There are three methods of booking, ...

On-line: Payment by credit card or bank transfer. Complete our Online Form and then pay via PayPal or NoChex.
On-line: Payment by cheque. Complete our Online Form; then write your booking reference on the back of your cheque and post it to us.
By Post: Payment by cheque. Print a copy of our order form PDF (37K) complete it and post it to us, together with your cheque.

Please note that we cannot accept credit card bookings by post, as we do not have the facilities to process them. If you want to pay by credit card you will need to book online.

& i)	BCA Members (DIMs)or Student Advance Booking discount Only one of these discount can be claimed. BCA Members: Discount only applies to Direct Individual Members of BCA. Students: Discount only applies to full-time undergraduate students.
& ii)	Package discount (weekend admission, dinner, stomp and T-shirt) Advance bookings only
	Group Weekend Admission discount Each adult in a group of six or more, booked in advance for the weekend, is entitled to this discount unless they have already claimed the package discount or a lecturer's discount.
& iii)	Lecturer and Essential Staff admission discount. Info	50% / 100% admission discount
& iv)	Children's admission discount for under 18s / under 14s. Info	50% / 100% admission discount
Conference Dinner: (Meat or vege options) Must be booked in advance.
Stomp: (Saturday evening; tickets available on door)
Conference T-shirt: (Sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL) Advisable to book in advance
Camping: (per tent, for the weekend)
Club Stands: (one table or display space) Must be booked in advance. (Trade Stands)		Free
