Information for Traders

Traders and Clubs, please note... access to the exhibition hall will not be possible until 6pm on the Friday evening. Please respect this rule, as we need time and space to do some essential setting-up first.

Hidden Earth is the National Caving Conference & Exhibition. The conference is the UK's premier national caving event where cavers from Britain and overseas can meet and learn about the year's sporting and scientific caving achievements. Sponsorship for the competitions we are running: Anything from a £5 book token or a "breakfast vouchers" to larger items of caving equipment, and art and photographic materials. (Major prizes are usually in the £50 to £150 range).
Traders, who would like a sales stand (or poster space) in the exhibition area: Over the years the exhibition has proved a good venue for the launch of new products, the sale of 'seconds' and old stock, and an opportunity to talk to the users of your equipment. It should also be borne in mind that many cavers are involved in other outdoor activities such as hill walking, rock climbing, hang gliding, cycling and diving. If you cannot spare the time to man a stand, we will be providing an area for you to display posters and leaflets.
Advertisers who would like to be mentioned in our conference brochure: A full page advert is only £40. For only £5 you can have a display entry in our "yellow pages", which will list equipment suppliers, bunk barns, accommodation and teashops!

We will be contacting all our regular traders in the summer. If, however, you would like your sponsorship to be mentioned in early advertising for the conference, please contact us as soon as possible.
